Return policy:
My product is pretested to avoid returns. If by chance it fails to function upon arrival it will be exchanged for another (the Palm itself has a 60 day warranty against defect). The product takes a little know how and the ability to READ english. Its not rocket science. If you decide its not for you and you want a refund there is a 25% restocking fee. This is to prevent customers from tuning/diagnosing and then returning at my expense. Our customer service is our strong suit, so rest assured!
